Step1, Your Idea

Step One: Your Idea
A good idea is worth its weight in gold, and having the tools to bring your idea to life is one of the main reasons that Pinnacle Sign Group stands head and shoulders above the other sign companies. Call us whenever you need that little creative push that takes your spark to a flame. We want to help you, we are here to help you, and we are honored to help you. Now THAT is an idea you can sink your teeth into.

Step2, Contact Sales and Service

Step Two: Contact Sales and Service
After we have solidified your idea and made the decision to unveil it to the viewing public, we need to sit down and put together a plan. Your Pinnacle Sales Professional will meet with you in order to discuss things which are crucial such as time frame and budget. There are other factors involved, but these are the two points which determine exactly what we can do for you, and when we can do it. We determine what you want and need, what is fair for both parties regarding your budget, and then determine how long it will take to make it happen.

Step3, Site Survey

Step Three: Site Survey and Code Research
In order to keep some sort of order and beauty in our beautiful cities that we live in, the City Code Inspectors have a responsibility to make sure that our cities do not become unsightly or overwrought with inappropriate or unsightly signs and billboards. We survey and measure your site, take photographs, and work very closely with the city to get your permit approved and the process expedited. One oversight will put your permit application back to the bottom of the pile, and then we would have to start all over again. We don’t like mistakes, and we are proud of the regimented Pinnacle process. We work for you, and we make sure that NOBODY drops the ball. We are not the only choice, but we certainly are the right choice when it comes to your visual advertising needs!

Step4, Sign Design

Step Four: Sign Design
The design process will determine which type of products will be used to build your sign. A few factors which affect this are budget, size, desired material, and even future consideration of energy usage and upkeep. Keep in mind that LED’s are much more efficient than neon, and cost much less to operate, using less than ten percent of the energy required to burn neon. Add to that the fact that they are virtually maintenance free, and you have a factor that influences your design decision. Your Pinnacle sales professional will be able to show you a diverse group of sign options. When you decide on the one that fits your business image…the one that really speaks to you, that is when we will begin the design process!

Step5, approval

Step Five: Landlord Approval
This process virtually speaks for itself. The landlord or building owner must approve any changes to the premises. Keep in mind that they want you to succeed and stay a tenant for a long time! This is usually a very quick approval process and simply part of our Pinnacle process. Getting the landlord signature of approval protects you, and protects us. Remember, we are part of your success, and that means that we are responsible for helping you in any way that we can to get you up and running without any glitches.

Step6, engineering

Step Six: Engineering
Until you have seen a large sign manufactured, it is very difficult to understand the importance of engineering. Everything from the sign frame to the support brackets, to the post or building on which the sign is to be mounted is part of an equation. Safety is paramount. One faulty engineering process can mean a great deal of time and money lost, and can also cause unnecessary setbacks. Attention to detail in the engineering process is yet another attribute of Pinnacle Sign Group that REALLY sets us apart from the other sign companies. It is important to us for you to know that we have not missed one crucial bolt or weld. That makes all of the difference in the world.

Step7, estimating

Step Seven: Estimating
Once all of the aforementioned steps have been taken, we will have put together an itemized bid for you, based on what you have told us is within your budget for the project. At that point we will shake hands, get a 50 percent deposit from you, and continue the last crucial steps so that we can begin your project. Let the fun begin!

Step8, permitting

Step Eight: Permitting
It is in the best interest of both parties to not start the manufacturing process of your sign until we get the City Permit approving the sign. It usually takes between 5-30 days to obtain the permit. In the meantime, we acquire all of the raw materials necessary to build your project. This keeps operating costs down. In other words, if the City were to come back with a modification to the height of the sign on the original permit application, it can be quite costly to have to start building your sign all over again. It makes good sense for both parties to be cautious!

Step9, manufacturing

Step Nine: Manufacturing
Once the City permit for your sign is approved, then we begin what we do best…manufacturing your sign. Our manufacturing crew works together to build your sign with a great deal of passion and TLC! Everything from metal fabrication to custom painting takes place in the confines of our manufacturing facility. Here comes the best part, and is something that sets us miles apart from other sign companies. During each step of the process, we will send you progress pictures. What we here at Pinnacle have come to realize is that nobody likes to wait. We stay in constant contact with you throughout the manufacturing process. Our clients LOVE seeing their idea come to life in each stage of development. It is actually one of the things we get complimented on the most!

Step10, installation

Step Ten: Installation
Installation, the final step in the Pinnacle Process, is where the Pinnacle Team brings it all together. The proper equipment is essential in assuring that your installation is safe, and free of any oversights. Our team is fortunate to have everything ranging from our service fleet trucks, to heavy duty hydraulic cranes that can handle the highest point of elevation for your installation or service needs. The transport to your site, and the methodical process of setting your sign, is a very impressive sight! Just be assured that our goal is to ALWAYS get it right the first time. That is our promise to you.
